Yes, all services are available by appointment only, to ensure a personalized experience and a calm environment.

Yes, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made within the established time frame, one single date change will be allowed. When rescheduling the appointment, full payment of the service cost will be required.

Likewise, reservations made less than 24 hours before the service cannot be modified or cancelled. Full payment of the service will be required.

 

  • What if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice?

In the case of cancelling a gift voucher or a service that has been previously paid for with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be considered as used and cannot be recovered or rescheduled.

You can choose to gift a specific service (such as a massage or a circuit) or an open-value voucher, allowing the recipient to select what suits them best.

Gift vouchers are valid for the period indicated at the time of purchase (usually one year). Once this date has passed, the voucher is no longer valid. However, if you contact us in advance or there is a justified reason, we may consider accepting the voucher up to a maximum of 6 months after its expiration. In such cases, if the service has changed or increased in price, the corresponding difference must be paid.

After this 6-month period, expired vouchers cannot be used.

We recommend checking the validity date and booking in advance to ensure a complete and seamless experience.

You don’t need to bring anything for the treatments. For the water circuits, you’ll need to bring a swimsuit. The rest (towels, bathrobe, and slippers) will be provided by us.

In case of arriving late, the manager will assess the best option to avoid inconveniencing other clients and our team, and the duration of the treatment may be modified.

 

Yes, we offer treatments suitable for pregnancy. However, the use of water circuits and sauna is not recommended, as it may involve risks for the baby. Please contact us beforehand so we can advise you properly.
