El Flotarium
The floatarium is a small sensory isolation pool that promotes an absolute state of relaxation thanks to the total absence of external stimuli.
El Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is a hydromassage tub with pressurized hot water jets that produce the famous bubbling. It works at a temperature of 33 to 35ºC.
Sauna
The sauna, with a temperature between 80 and 90º and a minimum humidity below 5%, acts on the body and provides us with multiple benefits, as well as relaxation and well-being.
Pileta d'aigua freda
The cold water pool is designed to perform body thermal contrasts, together with the sauna. This therapy consists of the vasodilatation produced by the body temperature in maintaining certain temperatures in the sauna and, then, submerging in the cold water, which causes a vasoconstruction.
