To get to the Sa Voga Hotel from the Barcelona Airport - Josep Tarradellas (El Prat), you have to go to the train station, located roughly 200m away from the T2 terminal of the airport. The train station and the terminal are connected by a covered passage that facilitates the access without having to go outside. If you arrive at the T1 terminal instead, there’s shuttles that will take you to the T2 terminal for free.

 

Once you’re in the station you have to take a train towards Barcelona-Sants, where you’ll have to change trains to take the R1 line, towards Blanes, Calella or Arenys.


 

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. If the room was not occupied the night before, early check-in may be possible (upon request and subject to availability). However, if the room was occupied, the check-in process can be completed, but you will not be able to enter the room until it is ready or until 4:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: After 9:00 PM, if prior notice has not been given, entry to the hotel will not be possible, and the reservation will be considered a no-show and canceled (with the corresponding cancellation fees).

Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. If you need to leave later than 12:00 PM, a late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. Leaving later than 12:00 PM without prior notice will automatically incur the late check-out fee.

We offer a complimentary luggage service.

No, we are a small hotel and we don’t have 24h on-site reception. Nevertheless, we do have 24h telephonic reception.

Our timetable is from 07 till 21 hrs everyday. That’s why It is important that guests arriving in the afternoon let us know their approximate time of arrival in advance.

IMPORTANT:

Arrivals after 21h must be notified in advance to send all the information . If it is not previously communicated, we will consider the reservation as a no-show and it will be cancelled (with the corresponding cancellation fees).


 

At Sa Voga, we love welcoming your pets!

We only accept pets under the following conditions:

  • Rooms without access to the pool (Arena and Riera).

  • A cleaning fee of €15/day for small animals (up to 15 kg) and €25/day for large animals (over 15 kg). A deposit of €100 or €150 is required (depending on the dog’s weight).

  • Compliance with hotel rules: be respectful of other hotel guests, do not leave them alone in the rooms or anywhere on the premises, and do not bring them to the breakfast buffet.

  • For dogs over 15 kg, management reserves the right to decide whether to accept them.

Under no circumstances are potentially dangerous dog breeds allowed (PPP).

Sa Voga is located in the old part of the town, making it difficult to park nearby. For this reason we offer different parking options:

Option 1: parking lots 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a private parking lot, in the open air, in front of the beach. To enter you need a subscriber card that we provide at the reception. Please check our rates. Besides, a deposit of € 10 must be left, which will be returned when the card is returned to us. For what may happen inside the car park, the hotel will not be responsible.

Option 2: parking spaces in the building next to the hotel recommended for small cars, not very low and / or with a powerful engine. It is a private, covered parking next to the hotel. Please check in our rates. To enter you need a command that we provide you at the reception. In addition, a deposit of € 40 must be paid, which will be returned when the remote is returned to us. In case of losing the command, the deposit will not be returned. For what may happen inside the car park, the hotel will not be responsible.

We recommend that you book in advance as we have limited places. Longer stays will have priority when assigning a parking space.

If you don't want to use this service:

1- You can park in the blue area of ​​the Riera (main street). The hours of the blue zone are from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is not paid. If you opt for this option, you should be vigilant because on Saturday mornings, due to the weekly market, there are some areas where it is forbidden to park from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., if you park, they impose fines (approximately € 100) and the tow truck may take your car. The areas are signposted but it is easy for a non-resident to go unnoticed.

2- You can park at the Jardins del Xifre car park (in the upper part of the Riera) for a price of € 9.95/day. You can see the location here.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi all around the hotel.


 

We have a meal service exclusively for hotel customers. We offer different types of baskets of cold or hot tapas.

In addition, you can also enjoy the excellent gastronomy of the area in the different restaurants that you can find in Arenys de Mar and surroundings. From the reception we will be happy to recommend the best options.

It is a self-service bar where we offer teas, infusions, coffees and pastries for free to all the hotel guests. The rest of the products have a price and, if consumed, have to be written in the list on the bar and the amount will have to be paid at check-out.

For clients that are not guests, all products must be paid.

 


 

Our breakfast's time is from 8 h to 10:30 h. During this hours, if you wish, we can serve your breakfast in bed for an extra cost.

Our breakfast is a delicious selection of local products: We  offer you a 9 menus with a wide variety of breakfast and products adapted to different tasts and needs.

If you have any intolerance or allergy you can ask us for special products.
